Car ad: car advertisement accessible from the website, the content of which is determined and managed by the Client.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Car search
With AutoXY, users can access car ads by searching for key words, places, etc.

2.2 Email Alert
Users may also receive the car ads in daily emails, by registering for the Email Alert service.

2.3 Publicity
With AutoXY, Advertisers may promote their car ads, Banners and Pop-ups to the profiles of users to be selected, both directly on the site and in emails to Users who have registered for the Email Alert.

3. Handling of personal information

The personal information handled by AutoXY is provided by the user of his or her own free will to use the services offered by the site.
The information sent by the User to the Advertiser is not kept or handled by AutoXY.
The User activates the Email Alert service by registering in the specific section and agreeing to the specific Terms of Service.
The Privacy Policy section, accessible from the home page, contains a description of the type of data which is handled by AutoXY and the way in which the handling takes place, in accordance with the legislation in force.

4. Industrial and intellectual property

The images, texts, graphics and distinguishing marks (brand names, domain names, etc) presented in the Site are protected by copyright or industrial and intellectual property laws, as well as the other relevant regulations currently in force (images, names, etc).
The contents of the site cannot be copied, stored, transmitted or distributed to third parties, except for downloading or reproduction for strictly personal reasons.

AutoXY will continually update and verify the contents of the site and monitor the appropriate nature of the content of the car ads and Banners and Pop-ups, to the best of its ability, to ensure the high quality of its services.
AutoXY does not interfere with the contents of the car ads or the contents of other web sites that can be accessed by link from its site, and is not required to carry out any monitoring or exercise any control over such contents.
AutoXY plays no part whatsoever in the negotiations between Advertisers and Users, and has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the car ads or the truthfulness of the information submitted by Users for forwarding to the Advertisers.
AutoXY will therefore accept no responsibility whatsoever for:
a) content which may be illicit, or any violation of the law or third party rights (such as human rights, industrial property rights, copyrights or unfair competition) that may occur as a result of the publication of car ads or contents in websites other than its own website;
b) inaccuracies, errors or false information in the car ads.

6. Level of Service

The AutoXY site is highly accessible, and AutoXY continuously seeks to improve the level of its service.
In the event of any temporary or prolonged service interruption, AutoXY make every effort to minimise the interruption time, but is unable to guarantee the time required for the resumption of service.
